I offer coaching as a shared space:
- Non-performative, deep, body-aware.
- We explore your emotional patterns, reconnect with forgotten parts, and get curious about what’s really going on — under the surface.
My Approach:
- I don’t fix.
- I don’t give advice, I test hypotheses
- I walk beside you as we explore what’s asking to be felt, seen, or shifted.
Structure:
- 60-minute sessions online or in-person (Cologne, Germany)
- Focus: emotional navigation, body connection, clarity in transitions
- Session language: English or German

Group Coaching — Depth in Connection
In my group coachings, we:
- explore what arises
- feel what needs to be felt
- get to know our needs and how to make them met
