I offer coaching as a shared space:

  • Non-performative, deep, body-aware.
  • We explore your emotional patterns, reconnect with forgotten parts, and get curious about what’s really going on — under the surface.

My Approach:

  • I don’t fix.
  • I don’t give advice, I test hypotheses
  • I walk beside you as we explore what’s asking to be felt, seen, or shifted.

Structure:

  • 60-minute sessions online or in-person (Cologne, Germany)
  • Focus: emotional navigation, body connection, clarity in transitions
  • Session language: English or German

Group Coaching — Depth in Connection

With every drop of sweat, we wash our soul a little cleaner.

Accompanied by reflecting, voicing, listening, feeling. 

Our senses (are made) alive through nature to make sense of the world – the antidote to depressive moments.
